Jack-in-the-Box Burglary Case Update
Burglary of a Building warrants were filed on September 13th for the arrest of Marco Antonio Wallace, 40, of San Antonio, and Benjamin Niedorf, 45, of San Antonio. They are accused of breaking into Jack-in-the-Box on March 31st. The two men are involved with other burglaries in the San Antonio and New Braunfels areas. They are known to target fast food establishments that have a specific type of safe. The suspects used a white 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe with Texas license plate SDR3682 during the burglary.
Theft
Sept. 14 (12:30 p.m.) The theft of water utility service is being investigated in the 500 block of Oak Drive. A straight-line connection bypassing any type of water meter was discovered when a neighbor reported water in the hole at their water meter.
Fraud
Sept. 11 (8:55 a.m.) A Friendswood woman received a phishing email with a link to what she thought was her bank account to verify fraudulent activity. She entered her personal identifying information and provided a copy of her driver’s license before realizing she was scammed.
Sept. 11 (10:10 a.m.) A Friendswood woman was scammed after receiving an email about an automatic renewal of her Norton Security. She called Norton to request a refund. She was led to believe that she had unintentionally requested a refund of $5000. The scammer requested the difference to be withdrawn and sent to him as Bitcoin.
Sept. 15 (12:10 p.m.) A prescription fraud case is underway for Ozempic prescriptions written and submitted to the HEB pharmacy at 701 W. Parkwood Avenue. A former nurse submitted the prescriptions, billed patient insurance, and picked up the prescriptions for herself.
Traffic
Sept. 17 (8:54 p.m.) A hit and run accident involving a parked vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of W. Castlewood Drive. The back left quarter of the vehicle was damaged.

Sept. 11
Rosa Lee Gross, 42, of Friendswood, was charged with Resisting Arrest, Search, or Transport.
Brent Eliajah Kelly, 29, of Houston, was charged with No Driver’s License, No Insurance, and Window Tint Violation.
Sept. 12
Veronica Chavez Perales, 19, of Alvin, was charged with No Driver’s License and No Insurance.
Sept. 13
Reem Mahmoud Musallam, 35, of Friendswood, was charged with Injury to an Elderly Person.
Sept. 14
Lenin Ivan Valeriano, 34, of Friendswood, was charged with Public Intoxication.
Jkala Lashay Hunt, 23, of Friendswood, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Sept. 15
Abraham Jimenez, 35, of Houston, was charged with Possession of False Drug Test Falsification Device.
Sept. 17
Bridget Ann Maguire, 48, of Houston, was charged with Injury to an Elderly Person.
Shaenis Nicole Gonzales, 31, of Harlingen, was charged with Assault and Public Intoxication.
Sept. 18
Dustin Taliaferro, 41, of Dickinson, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated – 3rd or more offense.
