News AlertSuspect identities sought in jewelry store theft The Friendswood Police Department is investigating a jewelry theft that occurred at Brian’s Jewelry located at 3141 FM 528 on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at approximately 7:20 PM. A male and female suspect entered the store around closing time and asked to look at several items in the store including a Rolex watch and Cuban chain. After showing the suspects the jewelry, a store employee packaged the items for purchase. While the clerk was distracted, the suspects said they needed to return home to get more cash for the purchase and come back. After they left the store, the employee noticed that the bag where they had placed the items was now empty. The items are estimated to be worth $25,000.
The male suspect pictured below was described by a witness as a Hispanic or middle eastern male, approximately 6’3” – 6’5” tall, with a heavy build and goatee. He had what appeared to be long dyed blonde hair underneath his ball cap.
The female suspect pictured below was identified by the witness as being Hispanic or middle eastern, approximately 5’7” – 5’9” tall, with a medium build and dyed red hair underneath her hat.
