Gazebo Dedication this Saturday

Join us for a special dedication to Tom and Penny Burke for the crown jewel of Stevenson Park, the Gazebo. A ceremony will take place at the gazebo beginning at 11:30 a.m. on May 14th.

Builders' Meeting

In honor of National Building Safety Month the City of Friendswood Community Development Department is hosting a Builders' Meeting on Thursday, May 19. Local builders and contractors are invited to come meet staff, learn about upcoming code changes and get information on hurricane preparedness. To RSVP, please email permits@friendswood.com by May 17.

Concert in the Park

Join us tomorrow for a performance by Modulation at Stevenson Park Gazebo, 1100 S. Friendswood Dr. at 7:00 p.m., and end at approximately 9:00 p.m. Tomorrow's food vendors are Kettle Korn, Chick-Fil-A (Credit Card Only), Twisted Cow Ice Cream, and Lemonade Bar.

All the concerts are free to the public. Door prizes are given out during intermission. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, refreshments, dinner and/or a snack and sit back and enjoy an evening of fun and family entertainment sponsored by the City of Friendswood Parks & Recreation Department.
