Water Meter testing 

This week there will be water meter testing at dozens of randomly selected homes throughout the city. Crews from Ameresco will be in uniforms and driving trucks with the company logo. They will not enter homes. They will knock on your door prior to the meter testing, which includes turning off the water for less than 30 minutes. Please call 281-996-3380 for further information.

Santa tours Friendswood Dec. 19

It's a holiday tradition in Friendswood...members of the Volunteer Fire Department hosting Santa on a tour of the City on a fire truck. This year, it takes place on Saturday, Dec. 19 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Santa will visit all residential streets except closed, gated communities. On cul-de-sacs, Santa will stop at the end of the street. There is no schedule for Santa's tour of the city. If you miss Santa on Saturday, he'll be at Camp Fire Station #1, 1610 Whitaker Dr., on Sunday (Dec. 20) between 1 and 3 p.m.
