Public Information Request

Public Information requests can be turned in to any of the following departments:

  • City Secretary’s Office
  • Municipal Court
  • Police Department

There is a written form to be filed and there is a fee per page. For further information, see the Public Information Act.

City Secretary

Requests involving records from multiple departments should be turned in to the City Secretary’s Office. By law, all emailed public information requests must be sent directly to the City Secretary. You may email your request to City Secretary Melinda Welsh.
