NOTICE OF A SPECIAL AND REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, TO BE HELD MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2014, BEGINNING AT 4:30 PM, IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND THEREAFTER IN THE 2ND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM OF CITY HALL LOCATED AT 910 S. FRIENDSWOOD DRIVE, FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS

     A. A request for a zone classification change from Business Park (BP) to Single Family Residential (SFR) for a tract located on FM 2351 (between Garden Dr. and Woodlawn Dr.) being 1.600 acres (a portion of 4.621 acres), a tract containing 1.600 acres tract of land out of Lot 2, in Block 1, of Friendswood, a Subdivision in Galveston County, Texas according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 254-A, Page 18, of the Map Records and Transferred to plat record 7, Map No. 20, both of the Map Records of Galveston County, Texas

3. Adjournment

All meetings of the Planning & Zoning Commission are open to the public, except when there is a necessity to meet in an Executive Session (closed to the public) under the provisions of Section 551, Texas Government Code. The Planning & Zoning Commission reserves the right to convene into Executive Session to hear any of the above described agenda items that qualifies for an executive session by publicly announcing the applicable section number of the Open Meetings Act.
