NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FRIENDSWOOD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2012 AT 7:00 PM AT FRIENDSWOOD CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 910 S. FRIENDSWOOD DRIVE, FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS
1. Call to order
2. The Board will conduct a public hearing regarding a request seeking the following for property located at 2318 Lakeway Drive:
I. a permanent special exception to exceed the maximum lot coverage of 35%, pursuant to Appendix C-Zoning Ordinance, Section 7. Regulation Matrix – Residential Districts, based on de minimus circumstances.
3. Consideration and possible action regarding the request seeking the following for property located at 2318 Lakeway Drive:
