NOTICE OF MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the, 4th of July Steering Committee will be held on Wednesday, the 15th day of August 2012, at 7:00 p.m., at City of Friendswood, City Hall Building, in the second floor conference room, which is located at 910 S Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be considered:
1. Call to Order
2. Communications from the public.
3. Discussion and possible action regarding June 20, 2012 minutes.
4. Discussion and possible action regarding the 2012, 4th of July Celebration. A. Dignitary Breakfast
B. Parade
C. Day Program
D. Evening
5. Adjournment.
