Individuals herein are included solely by virtue of their conviction and state law. The Friendswood Police Department has not considered or assessed the specific risk of re-offense with regard to any individual prior to his or her inclusion within this registry and has made no determination that any individual included in the registry is currently dangerous.
Positive identification of persons covered by Chapter 62 of The Texas Code of Criminal Procedure cannot be established unless a fingerprint comparison is made. Because misidentifications may occur when trying to identify a particular person based solely on name and other identifiers, extreme care must be used in the review and use of the information provided herein. The Friendswood Police Department updates this information periodically as required by law. Therefore the information contained herein may not be current.
