Warrant Round-Up Begins March 6

Friendswood, TX – February 23, 2010 – The City of Friendswood Municipal Court is one of 300 Texas jurisdictions participating in the "2010 Great Texas Warrant Round-Up", which officially begins Saturday, March 6. Friendswood is encouraging defendants to take advantage of one of the options below to settle outstanding warrants.
No amnesty is being offered in conjunction with the Round-Up. Persons with outstanding warrants can be arrested at any location, including the defendant's home, school or workplace.
Notices are being mailed to the last known address of defendants with active, pending warrants. For more information about warrants, contact the Friendswood Municipal Court at 281-996-3252.

The Municipal Court will be open for extended hours on March 3, 2010 and March 10, 2010 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m, and on Saturday March 6, 2010 from 6:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. for those persons wanting to clear outstanding warrants.
