Zoning Board of Adjustment & Appeals

| Purpose |
This board hears and rules on requests for appeals, special exceptions, and variances to the Zoning Ordinance and authorizes variance from the zoning ordinance when not contrary to the public interest. This board also serves as the appeals board for Fire and Life Safety Codes and Flood Damage Prevention Code (City Code, Section 34-41).
